Very dirty house, old, dirty, swollen, and moldy furniture near the kitchen sink, moldy walls, peeling plaster. Needs a good renovation, limescale filled showers, not working, bathroom door stuck shut, had to call the maintenance man to open it, happened 2 times, electrical system with broken sockets. Cleanliness and condition of common areas (pool) poor and almost abandoned.

Very decent rental, large living room, but terrace on the path, surprising at first but rather nice. It lacks a minimum of cleaning products and food to start a stay because the shops are quite far away. Very pleasant swimming pool.

Unfortunately, the actual condition does not match the pictures in the advert! The apartment is very worn, e.g. mouldy silicone joints in the bathrooms and kitchen, broken couch in the living room, dirty curtains. Otherwise, nice area, nice and friendly contact from the on-site manager.

Excellent location for Siena and surrounding area. You do need a car. It is too far away from shops etc. This is a 300 yr old building, WiFi was not good. Not enough plug sockets for a family of 4. This villa provides nothing, do not assume there is coffee etc waiting for you, or any basic condiments. No oppotunity to get clean towels. Take this into condisderation when booking. The villa was gorgeous, comfortable. Facilities were ok. No iron but Hairdryers provided. quiet, pool was good
