Parking space n 1. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, café 100 m, pedestrian zone 1 km, 10 minute walk to the centre, railway station 1 km, sandy beach 100 m. Marina 1 km, tennis 2 km, sports centre 2 km, children's playground 200 m. Nearby attractions: Baratti 10 km, Populonia 15 km, Bolgheri 30 km. The fine sand beach adjacent is free of charge. The apartment is close to the beach and overall in a very good location in town. It offers a lot of space. In the bathroom it was sometimes a bit cramped. The reception was very nice and the communication with the apartment management was excellent.

We were only really happy with the location. The electricity installations was dangerous, the RCBO breaker was tripping when the washing machine was being used ( something we had to figure out, electricity was going off in the entire apartment). We were instructed to run it back on and get on with it. No specialist showed up during our stay despite the fact that we signaled this many times. The beds and cleaning were not excellent, but ok. The kitchen could use with some new tools and accesso
