Uncomplicated landlords, nice view and good location, quiet environment, enough space. Decent value for money.

We had a great week in the house which is well equipped, clean and comfortable. We have a wonderful view from the house. The welcome from the owner was very pleasant. We highly recommend this house.

Spacious apartment over two floors with a great view of the sea and San Vincenzo, a good starting point for excursions and hikes, a short walk to the shops (by car!), very well-functioning WiFi, water pressure and hot water also very good - a small drawback: a bit noisy when beds are being moved next door and children are romping around. Delicious olive oil as a welcome gift!!!

Were the 5th time here - that says it all.

The location of this complex is super nice - the view is always great every day! The pool is large and clean...grandfather takes care of it! BUT: The apartment is definitely not suitable for 6 people. The 3rd bedroom can be used as a storage room. The ceiling height is max. suitable for small children! The biggest drawback, however, is the furnishings: old, uncomfortable, the sofa has been broken through, the toilet seat has been torn out... there is an urgent need for action here! Spend money on better furniture...

The 80m2 holiday apartment was very nice, large kitchen, nice bedroom downstairs and upstairs, shower/toilet were also good. The reduit or 3 bedrooms is very low with sloping beams and only suitable for small children in midsummer it is super hot upstairs (air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom upstairs but not included for a fee!) Seating was large and shady had apartment no. 1 the others already have more sun and have to shade with an umbrella. Pool very clean, and great, maximum view!

The facility is very well maintained and kept clean.

Unfortunately, the 3rd bedroom is only approx. max. 180 high - sloping - without a real window, unless you crawl there - very dark and not to linger - can only be used for spontaneous additional visits - but without additional costs. Unfortunately no living room, the sofa - 2 seater is under the stairs - only a table in the kitchen for "comfortable" staying. The pool is great, as is the location. Unfortunately, the friendly landlady speaks neither German nor English -

We were the first time in the house for 6 people and are a bit disappointed with the soundproofing in the house. It is definitely only suitable for 4 people. Bedroom for 5th and 6th person is only possible with small children (3rd bedroom is more of a shed), but that's the point of criticism. The house is not suitable for 6 people. Even when the weather is bad, it's not comfortable at all. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable and the tiny sofa is badly eaten through.

Very neat and clean facility. Good for families with children. Very friendly homeowners. Equipment could be more extensive, especially glasses and crockery. It is a holiday complex, which of course means that it is close to other holidaymakers. You have to like that.

For children, however, rather unsuitable

Only 10 minutes to the sea and beautiful pine forest. Well located for trips to the mountain villages and Massa M. Well-kept facility. Recommended only with a car. Quiet location.

Everything you need is in the apartment, very clean and well maintained. Landlord family very nice and helpful. Incredibly beautiful view with beautiful sunsets. Pool always clean. The 4th stay in this complex! We will be back :)
