Villa San Martino Pomaia, Tuscany

The pool was great, but the facilities at the pool and in the rest of the house were very poor (especially in the kitchen). Loud garden maintenance from 7 a.m. until after noon is unacceptable on a week's holiday. Garden waste should be disposed of and cannot simply be left on the terrace/path to the pool. Access to the house is difficult. There is no WiFi in the house, you should know that. The fly screens were broken in many rooms.

Villa immersed in a wonderful panorama. Furnishings of the rooms and exteriors need updating. Be careful, there is no Wi-Fi and bring mosquito repellent. Interhome assistance is excellent with staff who are always helpful and kind.

The quietly located spacious house has a beautiful view over the Tuscan hills and the swimming pool. The first part of the road makes it a bit more difficult to get there. In general, the house could use a little renovation. The kitchen and ground floor are very simple. Upstairs they were fine. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations. The transfer was very friendly and helpful. Our teenagers missed Wifi. Nice quiet location for holidays with friends!

We enjoyed the stay! The pool with the "quasi-infinity view" over the surrounding agricultural hills were absolute highlights, as was the housekeeper! A few small restrictions: especially the first 200 m of the almost 1.4 km driveway are in poor condition (probably best passable with a tractor). The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are nice. In the basement, however, the rooms and especially the shower/toilet are very simple. The equipment is generally simple.

Very nice, quiet country house in Tuscany. The pool is sensational. The kitchen not so well equipped and not so clean. The rest of the house, as it is in a country house. The first 400 meters of the approach (nature road with rough grooves) can be done with a normal car, the rest is actually very good. The handover was very good, the person extremely friendly and courteous. Conclusion: pure relaxation with friends if you're not too picky about cleanliness.

A really great place to stay in a very nice, quiet location that invites you to relax and unwind. The infinity pool offers ample space for cooling off and swimming. The journey to the house is possible with a car with normal ground clearance. The administrator is very friendly, easily accessible and takes care of current issues immediately. Was a nice stay!

The house is really beautiful with incredible views of the Tuscan countryside! It is in a fantastically quiet and idyllic location and the pool almost has an infinity pool effect! The equipment is also perfect, even if the inside of the house is getting a bit old. The journey to the house is actually a bit difficult with lowered cars, but it is still doable. All in all really a fantastic place to stay, we will definitely be back!

The farmhouse is beautiful, in an isolated position surrounded by nature. The indoor and outdoor spaces are very large, which makes it great for a holiday with friends / multiple families.

The house is very remote and the access road can only be accessed with a higher vehicle (van/jeep). The view is very nice, absolute peace and quiet is guaranteed here. The house is simply designed and some things are getting old, but functional. The pool is spacious and also has a wonderful view. We were there with a dog and enjoyed the stay.

The location is just fantastic, you are "alone alone" has a great view over the beautiful landscape. The contact person was super nice and helpful. The house (kitchen, bathrooms, household utensils, barbecues, etc.) was very well equipped and we didn't miss anything! The garden is completely fenced in, which was really great with the dogs. The direct driveway to the villa (approx. 800m) is very bad, without an SUV this could become a problem. We will be back!
