Mansion in a wooded park with swimming pool, parking. We spent 15 days in the property of Donato and his wonderful family. Kind and close to his hosts, this stay was a most pleasant satisfaction. Sheets/towels changed during the stay, clean heated swimming pool. Visit during the stay to a wine estate where the atmosphere, the place, the landscape and the tasting will take you into the atmosphere of Tuscany. We will return

The rental is very well located for visiting Tuscany, by car or train. Close to Poggibonsi, its shops and its train station. Particularly warm and considerate welcome from our host. The accommodation is comfortable, in a beautiful and peaceful environment. Our stay was perfect!

Facility inconveniently located on a high hill. There are no rubbish bins within the area of over one hectare property. Each guest has to take out the rubbish by car, bags had to be bought. The equipment of the apartment is modest, the apartment is not very clean. Very stuffy inside, no ventilation. Our apartment had a broken TV. It hadn't been repaired for two whole weeks. We have not received any compensation. The outside space is nice, well-kept, the swimming pool is rarely cleaned. Owner not interested in guests.

We had a great time. Only 2 precautions: 1) the light: the 3 apartments not located in the building have no shutters and only the semi-transparent green awning lets the light pass with the result of an alarm clock at 5.30 / 6.00 even on vacation. 2) despite the position if the heat is looming, 1 fan alone is not enough; maybe a small investment to refresh the apartments would be really useful because the nights were difficult. For the rest nothing to say, pleasant stay

A very great place to stay in a central location to explore (you can easily drive anywhere in Tuscany by car). Absolutely quiet and idyllic location, as you would imagine on a country estate. For the kids an ideal place to romp and play. Pure relaxation!

Nice location, close to Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra and Firenze. We had to pay € 30 for the clean-up. I didn't like this because the apartment was dirty on arrival. Even the pans and table we did not get clean (these remained greasy regardless of the use of soap). We had to wait an hour on arrival because the owner was not there. On departure there was no one to be found to receive the keys again. The host was very friendly.
