The apartment was in good condition. The bathroom and kitchen were also clean. Unfortunately, the apartment is a bit dark. The garden, however, was poorly maintained; the parasol and the garden gate were broken. We reported this when we returned the keys. But it wasn't a problem for us, as we had our own parasol with us.
