Il Frutteto

The house is located near the beautiful village of Montescudaio, on a natural property with all kinds of trees. We were woken by birdsong and enjoyed beautiful evening sun. The house is very well equipped; it has everything you need. We felt very comfortable!

We had a lovely two-week vacation at the Il Frutteto holiday home. It's very well equipped (except for a TV and radio), and you'll find practically nothing missing. The location is great, and Montescudaio is a quick walk away. There, you can buy the essentials and enjoy a good meal. From the house, you can take lovely excursions. We visited Volterra, Bolgheri, Castagnetto Carducci, Bibbiona, Casale Marittima, etc. We also highly recommend Peccioli, with its art collection.

Beautiful house in a quiet location, great garden

We had a lovely time in May. The house is very clean. The only thing we didn't like was the surveillance camera that was installed in the yard. You feel like you're being watched the whole time.

Large living room with open fireplace for cozy evenings. Covered terrace and a large (not fenced) garden for the well-behaved dog. The two bedrooms and a bathroom are in the left part (under the upper floor) of the house, another bathroom and the kitchen are in the right part of the house. Very quiet area (as it is a dead end), Motescudaio is easy to reach on foot. Very nice owner and nice support from the Interhome office in Cecina.
