Charming house within walking distance of a beautiful village with cafes, restaurants and a few shops. Lovely quiet natural garden, beautiful seating areas. House is cool due to trees and covered terraces, windows/fronts with insulating glass and mosquito nets. Ideal holiday home for the whole year.

Everything as described and in the photos! Garden of Eden with olives, figs and wild boars at dusk! Very tasteful furnishings with lovely details. Very romantic for a couple in love! Great location for day trips to Siena, Volterra, San Gimignagno. The sea is also easy to reach! Perfect! Lots of mosquitoes in July 2023, but the windows are protected! Autan and vaporizer for outside required. It is a wonderful place to stay! Landlord immediately on hand!

A really pretty house on a fantastically beautiful property with many seating areas. In any weather there is a nice place. Magnificent view and absolute peace. The hosts are super nice. Montescudaio is a beautiful, sleepy town with quaint alleys. All restaurants tested and found to be good. We were definitely not here for the last time.
