The house is located in the middle of Montepulciano and is nevertheless quiet due to its location

We really liked the accommodation. The kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry room were well furnished and functional. The bed was comfortable and we slept well in it (the left front foot needs to be checked). WiFi is always available. The apartment is right in the heart of Montepulciano, built into an old house. Not a luxury house but recommended! The access from the street is quite steep, not for seniors.

The lodgings were cute and cozy, with a lot of charm and a nicely functional kitchen. The second toilet is located downstairs, in the laundry room, just off the foyer. The location is good but the directions for finding it, not so much. The beds need new mattresses as there is a valley on one side, making for a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if they have new mattresses.
