Surrounded by cypress trees and olive groves, the garden sets a peaceful tone with a private fenced pool and a shaded terrace with beautiful views. The house is full of original character and there’s plenty of space for families to stretch out across two floors. Housekeeping is provided and your host can help arrange a private chef to bring ease to your stay. And when it comes to adventures further afield, it's a short drive to the village of Fabbrica, while Volterra and Florence are close enough for day trips.

*Please note the first floor is only accessible from the exterior or from the ground floor twin bedroom.

*A cleaning service is provided for six hours per week. It's worth noting the on-site staff live in a separate section of the estate.
*The swimming pool is open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you with prior approval from the host.
*Events and parties are not allowed without written permission from the host.
