Holiday Rental Description

Part of a 16th-century villa, this home is in the tiny hamlet of Montelopio. There’s not much here except a restaurant and bar, so you can enjoy a truly tranquil stay (plus a little local food and wine). Back at the house, it’s all about taking it easy. Swim in the sunny pool, nestled among the olive groves, before lunch on the terrace. Inside, the rooms are spread across the right wing of the house and the tower, where there’s a bedroom with its own living area. Time to explore? Historic towns like Volterra and San Gimignano aren’t too far away, and you can reach Pisa in less than an hour.

*While one of the bathrooms isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*The accommodation here is set across the right wing and tower of the house – the remaining part of the villa is private and won't be accessible during your stay.
*Air conditioning is only available in the tower here, where one of the bedrooms is located. Speak to your host in advance if you'd like to use the air conditioning.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 15th May and 30th September.
*Six hours of cleaning per week are included here.
*While you can walk to a nearby bar and restaurant, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
