We spent 14 days in San Vivaldo, our apartment number 12 was great with a great terrace, it was a minute's walk to the pool which is also very well maintained. You need a car so that you can go shopping and eat out in the area. M. the landlady is always available and has plenty of tips.

Very nice landlady. Questions and requests are fulfilled immediately. Accommodation as described. Everything you need is there. We often had the pool almost to ourselves. Tennis court as well. Good location for day trips to Florence or Pisa or other sights.

Negative was the mini fridge just too small for 7 people. WiFi was only available in a certain area. The guests used the washing machine all day long.
