poor outdoor facilities, no lawn care, stepping stones were overgrown, mold in the shower, cracked toilet lid, unappetizing sink, apartment smelled musty, kitchen cupboards sticky, no oven, no internet/Wi-Fi the whole time, the pool was closed most of the time, the pool floor was defective in one place and covered with a rubber mat, the parking space for the car could not be used as it was too small, access to the house was made difficult by untrimmed hedges.
