From the house, perched on the crest of a hill, you can enjoy a 360° view from sunrise to sunset. For those who live in the city, it's truly healing to constantly have this gentle landscape of hills, olive groves, vineyards, dotted with cypress trees and small villages before your eyes. The pool was a blessing on hot afternoons, and since it was lit, we could use it even at night. The apartment was comfortable and well-furnished. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, very clean and well-maintained residence in the Tuscan hills (shops nearby, however). The view is magnificent and the environment very peaceful. The owner is both very discreet and very sociable. We had a great week in this rental.

The view was fantastic. The pool was refreshing and ideal for swimming laps, diving or playing. The house is typical of Tuscany... the landlady was very nice and concerned about the well-being of her guests. In the morning she brought fresh bread rolls when ordered the day before. We felt very comfortable.

A beautifully located house looks just like in the pictures and even better. The photos do not reflect the views and atmosphere of the facility. Kindest owner. Clean, the area is also very well-kept. We highly recommend it. We are delighted with this place and its surroundings. A great base for exploring the surrounding area - Pisa, Siena, Volterra. San Gimignano or Florence.

The apartment corresponded exactly to the description. Furnishings are ok, everything you need is there. Good size pool and clean, maintained daily. Beach chairs more than plentiful. Great views of the Tuscan countryside. Ideal starting point for the Tuscan places and sights. The temperamental hostess Sandra is perfect, quickly takes care of any problem or hint. She also offers a pleasant bread delivery service.

Beautiful setting for a stay in Tuscany. Strategic location between Florence Pisa, Siena, Voltera and San Gimignano. Place conducive to idleness with a large swimming pool and a private outdoor dining area. The apartment is functional, with good quality bedding. Sandra welcomed us with great kindness and was very caring throughout the stay.
