It's a wonderful, large house. Everything you could possibly need is there. The property has a large grounds, with a lovely pool that was cleaned twice a week. Our 2-year-old grandson had plenty of space to play outside. Unfortunately, the neighbors had an aggressive, barking German Shepherd, which made us miss sitting outside at the beginning and end of our stay. For us, the neighbors weren't sensitive to noise. They were louder than we were :-).

The house itself was very spacious. The pool was very cloudy and was cleaned by the owner for the first time in four days. The parking lot is spacious, but the driveway is so narrow that we could hardly get out with our van.

There was plenty of space for eight of us, great rooms with balconies, comfortable beds, beautiful gardens, well-kept, clean and spacious. We were very happy. A great house in a lovely place.

A normal holiday home. A bit more expensive, of course, because it is right in the seaside resort. Cleanliness okay (for higher demands: simply wipe with a damp cloth, then you can also walk barefoot). The shower upstairs is quite small for bulky Germans and the water pressure there was also reduced (probably due to rationing in the drought). The driveway is designed for small Italian cars. But it works with a referrer. Everything works and nothing stands in the way of a beach holiday!

The house is very old, as is the inventory. You're welcome to update everything. Cleanliness was very poor. Air conditioning would be recommended to install. However, the location was good.

Good location, close to pedestrian street with good restaurants. Close to beach. Good house for with four double rooms and several toilets
