*This home comprises the main house, sleeping up to ten, and the annexe, sleeping six.
*The maximum occupancy is fourteen adults and two children. At full occupancy, two children will sleep on a sofa bed in the suite on the second floor – this must be requested in advance.
*The swimming pool, open between 1st May and 1st October, isn't fenced. Children must be supervised at all times.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*For safety reasons, use of the barbecue must be arranged on arrival.
