The landlady and her husband were very kind, helpful, and provided us with good tips. Our three dogs and three children were also welcomed and treated very kindly. The house lives up to its description in the advertisement, 3 stars. It's quietly located in the mountains, with a large garden, built in beautiful Tuscan style, and is about 25 minutes from the beach. We felt at home and would definitely come back.

We spent 2 lovely weeks there. The house is a Tuscan country house, large and furnished without frills with a large garden. The location between Pisa and Lucca was very nice, and the dog beach in Livorno was about 45 minutes away. The journey there was a bit adventurous but doable. The landlady Simone gave us lots of helpful tips for our holiday. We would be happy to recommend the house.

Because of the traffic situation at Brenner we arrived very late, but we were still given a friendly welcome and shown around. The house has everything you need, the fenced-in area is huge and was a paradise for our dog. We enjoyed every evening on the covered terrace with a grill and pizza oven.

The house is typically Tuscan furnished, there is everything you need, but no frills. It is a relaxing place for up to 8 people. The beautiful fenced garden was used by my dogs very much to play and explore. The house can only be reached via very narrow paths. The car should therefore not be too wide. It was an adventure every time. With the car one was very fast in Pisa or Lucca. Quiet location and yet central

Wonderful accommodation! We enjoyed the holiday very much! The house is very large and pleasantly cool. The garden is also large and beautiful and offered both our children and the dog a lot of opportunities to play. The view of the surrounding mountains and forests is fantastic. We started some hikes directly from the accommodation. It is just over half an hour to the beach. Simona and her family were really nice hosts! Thank you for all the tips!

The house is right between Lucca and Pisa (about 25 minutes by car) and offers great value for money. Only the WLAN could be optimized (mobile 4G WLAN router with the option of having to restart it more often) - a recommendation from our side.

The only negative is the approach to the apartment, as the road to get there is very narrow. We were there with a VW T6 and it was pretty tight. Otherwise fantastic and absolutely recommendable. The landlords are super friendly and very committed.

The house is located in a quiet location, ideal for those not looking for the nightlife. It is well structured for 2 families as on the ground floor there is the living area, on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin and the same bathroom for the second floor. The owners are exquisite people, suitable for those traveling with their dog because the garden is completely fenced. Super recommended.
