Basically a nice house and great facilities but everything is very old and not particularly tidy.

The house is in a very beautiful location. However, the access is a bit difficult via a very bad dirt road and it wasn't particularly clean. The house has everything you need. The bed linen and towels were included. The contact when handing over the keys was very friendly. It is definitely recommended for people who want something rustic.

The house and garden is very nice and the pool is good too. Special mention should be made of the owner of the house, who is very, very friendly and helpful. He cooked for us one evening and we really enjoyed the many-course dinner he prepared. It was a wonderful evening. grace...

The value for money was very good. Very spacious. Beautiful garden. Big pool. The host cooked us a multi-course menu with fresh fish food for a fair price. Disadvantage: The long dirt road to the house.

Everything that could go wrong went wrong. First day: Washing machine broken, next problem: oven broken. Because the house had been empty for a long time: mice in the house. Due to work nearby: cable for internet broken. All credit to the owner. He went out of his way to solve the problems. Immediately there was a new washing machine and new oven. He was dependent on the telecom company to restore the internet, so that repair was delayed.

Unfortunately there were no fly screens on the windows or nets over the beds. The Schnagen plague really hit us and our children.

Lovely house with roms and space for old and young, great peaceful, rural location (and a bumpy road to the house) and welcoming and charming host! He makes good food and comes very fast when called for to fix minor problems with the hot water. Short distances to many tuscany villages and towns.
