Holiday Rental Description

Set within a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, this apartment is full of rustic charm. The space is simply furnished and a little outdated in parts, but it has a wonderfully homely feel, with a fireplace and a compact kitchenette that's perfect for preparing meals for two. Step outside and you're treated to stunning views across rolling vineyards, with the added treat of wine tastings in the on-site cellar. Spend serene days lounging by the shared pool or working up a sweat on the tennis court. And when you're ready to explore, the medieval streets of Siena are just a twenty-minute drive away, while the thermal baths of Rapolano are 25 kilometres from the estate.

*While this home can accommodate two additional guests on the sofa bed, the maximum occupancy is two guests.
*The bedroom is located on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below.
*While we love the overall design of this home, some areas could do with a refresh, particularly the bathroom.
*There's no television in this home, which we think only adds to the off-grid charm.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*You'll have access to the gardens, swimming pool and tennis courts here. They're shared with the residents of neighbouring apartments. The pool is only available for use between May and October, from 8am to 9pm.
