*At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the bedroom.
*You'll have access to the pool, gardens and barbecue area here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between May and October. It's available then to use daily between 9am and 9pm. It's not fenced.
*While there is no washing machine here, you will find communal laundry facilities within the building.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There is free parking here.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
