Dreaming of Tuscan views and days by the pool? This rustic farmhouse overlooks the rolling countryside outside Lucca and has everything you need for a group escape to this sun-drenched region. The interiors lean traditional, but the setting more than makes up for it. There’s a pool with wide-open views, a pizza oven and barbecue for long dinners outside, and plenty of space to unwind. The living areas are split between the main house and a guesthouse, offering extra privacy for larger groups. Spend mornings by the pool, afternoons exploring Lucca and postcard Tuscan towns, and evenings with local wine and homemade pizza as the sun sets over the hills.

*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*The final 1 km to the villa is along a steep road, which may not be suitable for low-clearance sports cars.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you upon request.
*Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms only.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. You'll need to keep an eye on little ones at all times.
*The wi-fi can be temperamental here. It might be worth bringing a personal hotspot device with you if you know you'll need to access the internet.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
*While the loft and two bathrooms aren’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep in the loft above the living room.
