Nice, spacious apartment, nice terrace.

Apartment was not really clean, old furniture. Garden was dead, looks like it is not maintained. Area at pool nice and big, shame about the black cloth behind the pool, behind it the view is very nice. Is now obstructed by the black cloth. Grass was very long and sun loungers are messy and some were broken. Otherwise a nice place to lie by the pool. Owner is very friendly.

Very pleasant place to spend a vacation. The host is very nice and flexible. On the premises there is a swimming pool, barbecue area, washing machine, etc. The house is located a little out of the way, which ensures peace during rest. The host is the owner of a vineyard, which you can visit and taste (and buy) wines. I recommend.

Overall it was a perfect vacation in Tuscany, the only criticism would be that some of the kitchen inventory was missing. Otherwise just great!

Wonderful place with lots of peace and nature. Dogs are welcome and can roam freely. Great area and you are in an hour and a half from Florence and Rome. U. is a nice guy who also gives you tips which places to visit nearby. The cottage was great and the pool lovely. Ideal for people without children who want peace and quiet.
