Private: large terraced garden, 5'000 m2 (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (10 x 4 m, depth 130 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. 40 m long bumpy motor access to the house (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. It's a beautiful house with a great view over the bay. We felt very well looked after with 8 people and 5 rooms and had enough space for everyone. The kitchen could be a bit better stocked, the hint that there are no filters for the existing coffee machine would have been helpful and it would have been super great to heat the pool with the help of a solar system and possibly provide warmth in the apartment .

The outdoor facilities of Villa Bianca such as pool, barbecue, terraces, pergola, driveway were great. Inside, however, very poor facilities. There was a lot of space, but not even the basic equipment was available (garbage bags, tabs...). In addition, a lot was defective (light, socket, TV, patio door, etc. And the fuse is always out when you turn on any electrical device. There was also a terrible musty and musty smell in the villa. TOP location

The location of the corresponded fully to expectations as indicated in the prospectus. However, the technical equipment, especially the electrical equipment, left a lot to be desired because, for example, the fuses blown when the television set was switched on or other electrical devices in the main building. A note on site that this is a general problem in Sardinia is of no use to the guests. Both houses smelled musty over the entire period, probably due to a lack of ventilation before moving in.

There were nine of us on site and everyone still had plenty of space. The house is bigger than expected, has fantastic views and the pool level is fantastic. Just a pity the jacuzzi didn't work. Otherwise great service on site, gladly again.

Super property. Magnificent view of Santa di Teresa to Corsica. always happy. The reception by the administrator was very friendly and competent. Small point of criticism the slatted frames should be renewed, no longer hold.
