Positive: Great location, has everything important nearby, very quiet and the right holiday atmosphere, view from the balcony (depending on the room) Negative: Air conditioning costs extra, you have to get the key in Olbia and bring it back again (we didn't think it was great) kitchen was very poorly equipped and smelled very strongly, bathrooms were very old and in need of renovation. Bed was unfortunately not a full double bed (2 beds pushed together) balcony too close to the neighbors

Many houses built in a very small area around the pool. No swimming in the afternoon. Domain not for small children. No microwave, no dishwasher, built-in refrigerator far too small. D18 next to us is cheaper and does have a microwave, dishwasher and freestanding large refrigerator.

Good accommodation with optimal price/performance ratio. Is great for families with children. The apartments are simply but practically furnished.

And I have been coming to stay in this apartment complex for many years. The external area is always very well cared for, but I still have to observe it. When it was managed by the owners Mr. G. and his wife there were those precautions that I have not found this year. Thanks anyway for everything

All in all ok, but definitely not what you would expect. Very nice area but rooms rather descent level. In addition, you book a room with a sea view, but it is never mentioned that this is linked to the constant noise of the main road. Could have been saved. Wouldn't book again.

Beautiful structure, with private parking. Residence with attention to detail, with really nice apartments. Ours has satisfied every need, with a splendid terrace for breakfasts or dinners. Swimming pool as icing on the cake. I recommend the structure, strategic position for the beaches of San Teodoro
