The air conditioning wasn't working. We ordered sheets for two beds, but only one was made. We inquired, but the issue could only be resolved for a fee. There was no information about the apartment or the surrounding area—no information about how the appliances worked, no information about the Wi-Fi code, etc. We only received an email about the trash. The apartment wasn't clean and very damp—so damp it was unhealthy. We even considered booking a hotel on the last day because our girlfriend was having respiratory problems.
