Lakeview is a charming cottage situated in the village of Lettermore in Province of Connacht. Hosting four bedrooms; a double with en-suite, a double, twin, and a bunk room, this property can sleep up to eight people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner, and a sitting room with woodburning stove. To the outside is off-road parking for four cars, a gravel driveway and gravel area to front of house. Resting in a wonderful location with much to explore around the area, Lakeview is a lovely retreat in a memorable part of Ireland.

Area
Located on a small island in the south west corner of County Galway, the village of Lettermore, on the Wild Atlantic Way by Bord Failte, is connected to the mainland by a narrow causeway. The countryside is full of coves, beaches and inlets to explore, and boasts opportunities for sailing, fishing and scuba diving. The Connemara National Park is also within easy driving distance, whilst the renowned Aran Islands are located just off the coast in Galway Bay.

Region
Towering cliffs stand next to vast stretches of golden sand, whilst vast mountain ranges cradle cool, low-lying lakes. The Galway region epitomises the term ‘great outdoors’; with fantastic walking and cycling and exhilarating water sports.

Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop/pub 1 mile. Note: washing machine and tumble dryer located in garage. Please note: this property sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.

Enjoyed our stay in this great place - we were very lucky with the weather - I would guess it could be a bit wild in bad weather given the location.. Visited many and varied places all withing striking distance. A pleasure to meet owner Sean.

Booked this house for my mom's 60th birthday, we were blown away by the property and it really exceeded our expectations.. Beautiful location, very calm and peaceful, the house itself was huge and immaculately clean. Everything was provided, the owner was a lovely man who dropped off the keys and told us about the local area. Absolutely amazing price for a wonderful bank holiday weekend away. We would definitely return.
