Shop 1.3 km, supermarket 1.3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.4 km, bakery 1.3 km, café 1.3 km, bus stop "Thalfang" 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 20 km, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Golf course 25 km, tennis 100 m, walking paths from the house 300 m, chair lift 10 km, slopes 10 km, cross country ski track 10 km, children's playground 1.1 km. Nearby attractions: Schmuck- und Mineralienhaus Kirschweiler 22 km, Besucherbergwerk Fell 25 km, Deutsches Edelsteinmuseum 30 km, Römerstadt Trier 35 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Erbeskopf 10 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The holiday park, overlooking the “Erbeskopf”, consists of two-storey block-style houses, semi-detached houses, bungalows and country houses (all with lawns and play areas).

A very dated holiday home. The defective cupboard doors already criticized here were unfortunately not repaired. WLAN (which was important professionally) not available. Too bad that no information was given here, the problem has probably existed for a long time and could not be fixed. Microwave broken. Pans have round bottoms. The Ferienpark Himmelberg has long since ceased to exist. Reszaurant, mini golf, playground and snack bar for about 6 years (we got this information) closed.

The area is quiet and you hardly see anyone. The terrace in front of the house does not invite you to sit outside. If I were to rent something like that, I would have to feel comfortable there too. The outgoing manager was never there and the successor was courteous and did the job as it should. Too bad that house should be overhauled.

Cutlery and crockery was very dirty, leftovers everywhere. The cupboard door above the extractor hood fell out towards us, dead animals were hanging on the walls everywhere, the floor and carpets were very dirty and had to be vacuumed first. There were streaks running down the lower cupboard doors, there were several hairs lying around in the beds, some of the clear lacquer on the dining room and living room table was missing, yellow bags were missing, and all of a sudden we were missing a garbage can.

The toilet and the shower are not suitable for tall people.

Too expensive for the equipment/condition of the apartment. Hardly or no children's playgrounds

The telephone number as stated was not correct, after two hours of waiting and with the help of the neighbors we were only able to reach the caretaker (catastrophe). No restaurants within a radius of 25 km. The lawn around the house was only mowed after two days. The left double bed made very loud noises. Heating didn't work, after inquiries from us we should have 3 places in vain. The interiors were clean and ok. Very quiet area but we won't be vacationing there anymore.
