Getting old, floors not wiped, chairs completely worn out and dirty, completely stained carpet in the living room, dirty mattresses and mats in the bedroom, hard mattresses in the children's room, hodgepodge of crockery and cutlery, windows loose, towels old and musty. Bulbs in many lamps malfunction. But the key holder is very friendly, hard-working and approachable.

I have been regularly visiting the holiday domain for +/- 25 years. It feels a bit like coming home in the meantime

the two sofas are on they are very bad the beds are rock herd the carpet is dirty lots of stains the curtains are not suitable for a bedroom because a bedroom must be dark because in the morning you do not want to be woken up at 5 o'clock by the light from the outside we had no TV for 2 days and no hot water for 2 days so you could not shower we were there with 3 men the dirt contener was full of rubbish so we could not lose our dirt either a smoke detector in the large bedroom beeped d

The accommodation suited us fine. Was very well equipped. The Himmelberg park is very quiet. You need a car to visit many nice places and the beautiful city of Trier. One downside: Although the documentation present in the house said that Dutch TV channels can be received, this turned out to be NOT the case. Unfortunately, this must be mentioned in advance in the information in my opinion.

The house is spacious and fully furnished with a lovely large balcony with a beautiful view. The house is dated, unfortunately also noticeable in, for example, the furniture on the balcony. The chairs there were broken and 1 of the loungers bad / almost broken. Immediately reported to the manager, she will pass it on to the owners. On arrival there was a problem with electricity (half of the sockets did not work and therefore no refrigerator), but luckily it was quickly resolved.

The accommodation is well located, and otherwise nice. However, I have to complain that ALL the windows and doors only close very poorly or not at all due to completely worn gears! We had outside temperatures between 15° and 23°. Nevertheless, the heating ran through because of the permanently cold air flow right next to the terrace door. I don't want to have to experience that in winter (costs). Otherwise everything was as described and in order, including service by the administration.
