The handover at the property was very friendly and went well. The employee also said that we didn't have to leave until late afternoon on New Year's Day, at the latest by 2-3 p.m. On New Year's Day, an employee came to settle the bill and told us that we had to leave the property by 12 noon at the latest, as the RP was coming at 12 p.m. We then packed our things and were out by 12:45 p.m. There was no cleaning staff at 12:45 p.m. At 3 p.m. there was still no RP, what a pity.
