Dirty, entire house kitchen not enough toilet flushing, failure, defective, hardly any water WLAN only for one person Loud by dogs sorry, never again

The first thing we did was call ahead and let them know that we would bring our own bedding. What did we find, two beds made + once bedding for an extra bed. Two adults and a small dog weighing two kilos were booked. We also complained about the seating on the balcony. It was promised to renew these on Monday. The bedding was picked up the next day. The furniture was not renewed in the whole week. Just like the clogged sink in the bathroom

The corners of the room were dirty, the lamp above the dining table was extremely dusty, the coffee maker didn't work properly, a lot of cobwebs on the walls, the balcony was very dirty, the balcony table wasn't cleaned

The sofa was dusty, the dirt on the balcony was just swept into the corner, the TV didn't show any programs, the glasses in the cupboard were dusty, the coffee machine was defective and the contact person on site was more than forgetful. We've been there a few years ago. The quality of housing and care has fallen by 50%.

The condition of the balcony was very bad. Neither the many pine needles nor the cobwebs were removed... not great if you want to have breakfast.

Unfortunately the apartment was not cleaned. Cup rims on the glass tables, the back of the bed was very dusty, etc. The mattress is worn out, the spring cores push through painfully. The sofa cover is very damaged. It's a shame

I had a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. The location is very quiet, it is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, but on the main street. In the apartment itself, the bathroom was relatively new, the kitchen rather dated (no ceramic hob) only two small stovetops, a fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. I myself only had the accommodation to stay overnight, it is absolutely sufficient for that. There is also a parking space directly in front of the accommodation. Unfortunately, the handing over of the keys did not work out well, as the person in charge of the key is difficult to reach.
