It's fully fenced and ideal for furry friends, with a decked area that invites sundowners and barbecues. Last but not least, there's the location. Not only is the coast a short stroll away, but East Wittering village is also within walking distance, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and a bevvy of local pubs.

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you here. Please note that they'll need to be kept downstairs and off the furniture.
*Private parking is available for four cars. With so much within walking distance, you won't need a car – though one is recommended if you plan to explore the wider area.
*There's an outdoor shower here with a hot tub – ideal for rinsing off after the beach or cleaning off muddy paws.
*Please note that this home has a smart noise monitoring device. It doesn't record audio or video.
