There's a lot to love about this West Sussex home. Just a five-minute walk from East Wittering Beach or an easy drive from West Wittering, you're never too far from the coast. Shops, restaurants, and pubs are also nearby – perfect for those who want to park the car and explore on foot. Back home, a private hot tub is the real highlight – it costs to use, but you can't beat a soak under the stars. The garden has summer barbecues written all over it, while the snug is the perfect retreat for kids. Factor in the cosy interiors – including a bright kitchen with all the essentials – and you can see why it caught our eye.

*This home sleeps a maximum of six adults and four children, with the kids sleeping on a pair of bunk beds.
*The bunk bed room and one king-size bedroom are on the ground floor.
*Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you here. Please note that they'll need to be kept downstairs and off the furniture.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair upon request.
*We highly recommend having a car here to make the most of the local area. You'll find parking in the driveway for three to four cars.
