The living areas in this home consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, and microwave, a utility with washing machine, fridge and freezer, a dining room, and a sitting room with TV, radio and a selection of games. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin with TV, and a single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front patio with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available (need to bring own linen for cot.) You'll find a shop in 1.2 miles, a pub in 0.3 miles, and Broomhead Reservoir in 2 miles. Note: The owner lives next door. Note: There is a step down into the bathroom and steps to the exterior; please take care.

There are a few low doorways, so please mind your head. As it is a working farm, there will be occasional tractor with machinery passing on the drive way.

The town of Stocksbridge is perfectly situated to the North Eastern edge of the picturesque Peak District National Park. This busy little town holds a variety of eateries and shops, together with many bridleways and footpaths for visitors to discover. Nearby, the Underbank, Langsett, Broomhead and Moorhall dams make for interesting afternoon rambles, whilst the ‘Last of the Summer Wine’ country of Holmfirth is within easy reach. There is easy access to the Peak District for longer walks, mountain biking and all the attractions of Hathersage, Bakewell, Edale and the impressive Ladybower Dam, whilst the proximity to the M1 means Sheffield, Leeds, York and the rest of Yorkshire’s beautiful scenery are easily accessible.
