Beach House is a lovely attached cottage resting on a modern housing development in the seaside village of Beadnell in Northumberland. Boasting three bedrooms; two doubles (one with en-suite shower room) and children's bunk room, this property can sleep up to six guests. Inside also comprises a ground floor cloakroom and a bathroom, as well as a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside is an enclosed private garden to the rear with patio furniture and off-road parking for one car. Beach House is a delightful getaway in a popular destination. Note: This property only takes short break bookings between November and February otherwise it is week long bookings.

Area
Situated beside one of the most beautiful stretches of Northumberland’s Heritage Coastline is Beadnell Bay. Established in Saxon times, Beadnell was once an important fishing village and a smuggler's haven. Nowadays, it is equally popular with holidaymakers who come to enjoy its pretty harbour and, of course, the nearby sandy beaches. The village has a shop, two pubs and a café serving food. Seahouses is just over a mile away and has shops, a supermarket and restaurants, as well as boat trips from the harbour to Farne Islands.

Superb location and a very comfortable house.. Everything you could think of provided including treats for our pooch. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here.

Very good location in regards to visiting the area and surrounding places.. Nearby beach was ideal for the dogs starting the day off with a good run before exploring the area. Beautiful part of the country, friendly people, Although only a convenience store which was expensive there were plenty of supermarkets around, with Seahouses about 5 minutes away for superb fish and chips,very very white fish so extremely fresh. The cottage suited all out needs very clean ,comfy but only had milk and a small box of maltesers as a welcome pack when more provided in first one we stayed in. I would definitely stay there again if visiting the area I like the use of keysafes as it makes getting into the property when you arrive after a long journey very easy.

The Beach House could have done with a hairdryer - there may have been one but we didnt find it! Other than that it was excellent and lived up to the online details Sykes Cottages were extremely efficient and helpful when making enquiries and booking- will definitely use again.
