This superbly renovated cottage, part of the original farmhouse at Dunstan Steads, a farm steading close to the dunes, lies within a few hundred metres of Embleton Bay and has commanding views across the dunes towards the sea.Mermaid Cottage is situated in a truly idyllic location, close to Embleton Bay with an impressive 2 mile sweep of fine sandy beach with the dramatic ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle at its southernmost end. Beyond this is the tiny fishing village of Craster, renowned for its oak smoked kippers, produced in the village since the early 19th century.
