Set in the centre of Whitby, this loft apartment puts you a short walk from West Cliff beach, the promenade, arcades, and plenty of places to try fresh fish. Inside, it’s compact but practical, with a small living and dining area for relaxing after a day out. Being up in the loft means a bit of a climb, and the sloping, exposed beam ceilings might be a bit awkward if you’re tall. The views and sea glimpses are worth it, though, plus the skylight window above the bed is perfect for stargazing as you fall asleep.

*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home on the top floor. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*The ceiling in some areas is on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests.
