Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer (70/30), washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. There is a highchair available and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. You can find a shop and pub within 0.2 miles. Please note that this property does not have a garden, and though the stairs have handrails they may be considered as steep. Monteva is a well-presented holiday home in a convenient location.

Whitby is a beach town and port in North Yorkshire. The local area offers a variety of activities for experiencing this wonderful portion of Yorkshire's countryside and shore. North York Moors and Blue Flag beaches offer something for everyone. Whitby has several attractions, including winding streets and hidden alleys with restaurants and shops. Visit the harbour and lighthouse to watch the sun set, or go whale watching or on a coastal cruise. Climb the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey to immerse yourself in history, or visit the Captain Cook Memorial Museum. Whitby, next to Robin Hood's Bay, rich in tradition, wonders, and picturesque sites, is a good location for discovering Yorkshire's charms.
