Area
With its award-winning, broad sweeping beaches, rock pools, and dramatic cliffs, Sandsend is the ideal destination for a family break on Yorkshire's beautiful Heritage Coastline. The stretch of beach is known as the Dinosaur Coast for its abundance of fossils, alongside stalls selling beach-day essentials. There are plenty of activities for children, as well as stunning coastal paths to wander or cycle the Cleveland Way Trail for breath-taking clifftop views.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
