I booked to go here at the end of August. When I reviewed the booking I had made in line the dates weren’t quite correct. Not sure if this was due to the flexibility option on the web site or my fault. Tried to contact Sykes to make an amendment. Tried over 2 days by phone and email with no one responding.
I needed to get dates changes as final payment was almost due.
As Sykes were incontactable I had no option but to cancel and book elsewhere as availability was becoming scarce
Reading reviews of Sykes they seem to be a rotten outfit. Hope this review comes to the attention of the owners so they can do what they need to. Booked another place with Shoreline and they were fantastic!
