There is also a games room, a cinema room and to the outside is ample parking and an enclosed garden with a hot tub. Sitting room with woodburner and doors to sunroom. Snug sitting room with electric fire. External building with games room. Shower room and spiral staircase to cinema room that includes DVD player and DVDs.

Area
The seaside town of Scarborough retains many of its original buildings, parks and gardens, as well as its castle which overlooks the town. North Bay and South Bay provide two stretches of beaches, popular with families and small children. There are a number of child friendly activities and many visitor attractions for grown-ups too, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music. Scarborough is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, coastal walks along the Cleveland Way, cycle routes such as the old railway to Whitby, sailing and championship surfing.
