Apartment 1 is a modern apartment in the North Yorkshire town of Scarborough. It comes with two bedrooms; a double with an en-suite and a bunk room, along with a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Inside you will also find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire as well as a shared utility. To the outside there is a designated parking space for one car. Apartment 1 is a well-furnished getaway placed in a perfect location for a relaxing seaside break with your loved ones. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at an additional charge of £20.00.

Accomodation Details
All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x adult bunk. Travel cot available - please bring your own mattress and bedding. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Ground floor shared utility. Shared ground floor entrance hall.

Area
The coastal resort of Scarborough has historic buildings, a castle, gardens and parks. Popular since the 19th century, Scarborough has two beaches with seaside entertainment, a promenade, shops and restaurants and attractions including Alpamere, the open-air theatre and SEA Life Sanctuary. Venture further afield to the North York Moors, Robin Hoods Bay or market towns such as Pickering and Malton.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

We were delighted with the accommodation in Scarborough, great location, spacious, clean, modern with everything we needed for a lovely enjoyable break.. Loved the copper highlights! Will definitely go back. Thank you so much. My only advice: there was nowhere to hang coats when we returned from a cold, windy beach, so some hooks in the hallway or hangers in the wardrobe (we forgot to take any!) would be great. All in all, really lovely!

This apartment is very high spec and beautifully furnished, absolutely loved it , you have thought of every little detail and the wine was a nice touch.. It's also in a perfect location opposite Peasholm park which is stunning and 4 minutes walk to the beach, excellent walks, would highly recommend, thank you for a memorable holiday, hope to return sometime in the future.

The flat was in an ideal position so that both North and South Bays could be enjoyed to the full.. We especially enjoyed our strolls through Peasholm Park from first thing in the morning until late evening, whenever in fact, we might be venturing out or returning to the flat. Cosy, spotlessly clean and comfortable it was a lovely 'home' for the week.

The location is perfect and the decor throughout the apartment was amazing! There were areas where there could be improvement....ie extractor hood ....light shade in main bedroom.....making sure to empty bin in main bathroom ...also point out where the bathroom and shower room extractor fan switches are...but overall we were totally happy with the apartment just needs a little attention in certain areas.

Fantastic apartment that has recently decorated and fitted out to a very high standard.. Five minutes walk to the North bay and across the road from Peasholm park. If it had a stronger Wi-Fi signal it would be perfect.

This was a great flat right in the centre of Scarborough and a great base to explore North Yorkshire.. Very comfortable and lots of extra touches made this a great place. The only thing that let it down was the WiFI which was very poor and I couldn’t connect any of my devices to and in the end I ended up paying for a BT Fon pass just to get a good conmection. Other than that a well furnished flat which was very comfortable.
