Rose Lodge is a detached property resting within the village of Shreiff Hutton. It houses three bedrooms, comprising of a double with an en-suite, a double and a twin. There is a bathroom, complete with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room, with a kitchen area, a dining area and a sitting area offering views over the open countryside. Outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars and a large decked area and garden. Rose Lodge is a superb base in North Yorkshire.

All ground floor. Three bedrooms; 1 x double with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x double, 1 x twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen area, dining area and sitting area.

Area
Sheriff Hutton is a small village resting between the hills of York and Malton. The village is steeped with history, with ruins of a 14th century castle, housing Richard III in 1483, and a medieval church with Norman tower dating from 1100. Within the village you will also find a green area and two pubs serving food. Around the area you will find a vast array of activities, including walking and cycling.

Region
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Please note guests are requested to bring their own towels and tea towels

Upon arrival we were bit disappointed with surrounding area of cabins wasn't landscaped as expected was no furniture or barbacue and inside we did have few issues however the owner soon came over the family were fantastic went out their way to put things right and brought patio furniture everything that was missing was done we couldn't fault owners at all it's new cabins and views to die for just still to be finished outside perfect location however on day departure we always strip beds the 2 double are new memory foam mattresses perfect upon stripping single I was shocked massive stains on mattress if I'd looked before seen it I wouldn't of let my son sleep on it we are very perticular people I have ocd for some might be OK not for us however I don't think owners have seen it just think been overlooked by cleaner as owners were very attentive to helping out would of been perfect stay if hadn't seen mattress..
