With two bedrooms including one king-size double room and one twin, each with their own en-suite, this cottage can sleep four people comfortably. Outside, there's off road parking for two cars plus a patio garden with furniture overlooking a paddock with farm animals. Nestling under Ingleborough, one of the famous Three Peaks, on the western edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, the attractive village of Ingleton offers a good range of shops, pubs and places to eat. The centre of the village is pretty with narrow and winding streets, centred on a tiny market place.

From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Where else in Britain is it as satisfying to sit and do nothing as it is to explore the numerous pursuits on offer?

We visited this stunning location and place last weekend in October with 10 family and friends It was to celebrate a 66th birthday and retirement and we all had a fabulous time The 5 star accommodation was everything we could possibly wish for even a hot tub for relaxing in The location was very quiet but only 3 miles from Ingleton and the lovely waterfall walk Definitely recommend for any family get togethers and we were made very welcome by Hayley and Jeremy we will be returning very soon

Lovely place really peaceful. Beds are really comfortable this place has WiFi everything you would need for your stay . Parking for two cars . There are goats a horse sheep pigs & a couple of donkeys . The staff are really helpful and good to speak to . I’d really recommend this place . It’s handy for skipton , Lancaster York & Kendal .

This is a fabulous cottage/barn.. There is everything you could wish for in the kitchen. There is an abundance of pots, pans and cooking dishes/utensils etc. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was good quality. It was also very warm and cosy. I would certainly recommend this property. The location was great with so many attractions close by and within half hours drive. We would certainly go back and stay there again if we visited the area again.

It would have been good to have been told we could access books and games etc from the cabin near reception, we didnt know it was there until the last day of our visit.. More information in the cottage on walks and things to do in the area would have been appreciatef and more attention to things like checking light bulbs by the cleaners was needed as there were 2 out which was annoying. Having said that we had an excellent stay.

Very spacious cottage, pictures do not do it justice.. All the rooms have a ‘wow’ factor. Wonderful underfloor heating greeted us on our arrival. Plenty of towels, hand soap and toilet paper provided. Graham greeted us and couldn’t have been more helpful. We enjoyed the woodland walk and looking at a variety of birds from the hide. The visiting peacock was a delight to watch wondering outside the cottage as well as listening to the woodpecker. Would love to go back.

Cottage was very clean and comfortable to stay in very well equipped cottage but there was not any coat hooks to hang coats which would have been more of a problem if they were wet, but we were all very pleased with cottage and it's location..

Lovely cottage, perfect for young family on leisure park and with animals on door step.. Only thing I would have liked is a fenced in garden so we could let the children play freely outside. Very high standard of interior to cottage. Just lovely.

What a superb property, from start to finish there were absolutely no issues with either the property, location or owners. The property had everything you needed and a lot more, the equipment in the kitchen far exceeded normal holiday lets. The furnishings were to a high standard and comfortable. I have rented many properties over the years and this ranks as one the the highest quality cottages I have rented. Highly recommend this property.

Hay Barn was just perfect for our needs, it was nice peaceful, hearing the birds sing was just so lovely. We are 3 OAPs with mobility issues so no walking for us, but looking at the countryside, the stable block, horses the Alpaca all added to the joy we had. Thank you!
