Chinefields is a wonderfully presented, semi-detached cottage located in the village of Freshwater, on the beautiful Isle of Wight. It plays host to three bedrooms; a super king-size double, a family room with two 4' doubles and a twin, sleeping eight people altogether. There is also a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room. To the exterior is off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawned area and patio with furniture. Chinefields offers a coastal break in a lovely region.

Three bedrooms: 1 x master room with king-size bed, 1 x family room with 2 spacious single beds, 1 x twin room. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, ground floor cloakroom. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room.

Area
The village of Freshwater and Freshwater Bay make the perfect base for a great holiday. The main village is full of eclectic little shops, with a choice of lovely restaurants and some good hotels. Freshwater Bay is a picturesque location that boasts scenic downs, white chalk cliffs and gorgeous beaches, no wonder visitors flock there all year round! Freshwater Bay is the ideal destination for lovers of the outdoors including bird watchers, walkers and cyclists, with many wonderful walking trails over the Tennyson and Afton Downs.

Region
The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 1 car at the back of house (in front of black garage door). Enclosed garden with lawned area and patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets andno smoking. Beach/shop/pub 4 mins walk. Note - no hen/stag or similar.

Fantastic property, so clean and well prepared for holiday makers.. Location was spot on enabling us to take kids to the beach and carry home cold and wet children and stick them straight in the bath. Garden is lovely and secure enabling kids to play happily. Kitchen is well equipped and lovely touch of welcome teabags etc; Beds are comfortable and plenty of storage for clothes. Only minor downside was the bedrooms are very light so if travelling with kids I’d suggest you take portable gro-anywhere blackout blinds to darken the room for bedtime. We walked to Alum Bay to visit the needles and it took around 90mins along the coastal path (with kids aged 2-6), also visiting the Hut for a meal is a must (but remember to book early).
