Pierpont D1 consists of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for four and a sitting area with a TV and sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture and off-road parking in a car park on-site. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Make memories with a retreat to the Isle of Wight with a stay at Pierpont D1. Note: Guests have access to the on-site swimming pool at no additional charge, however, use of the gym and spa are payable and a gym induction is necessary. Note: Parking is available in a shared car park situated 100 yards from the property. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 200 GBP.

Area
The attractive seaside town of Yarmouth is the oldest town on the Isle of Wight, and its busy harbour is a haven for all kinds of watercraft, with the terminal used for regular mainland ferry crossings to Lymington. Yarmouth’s narrow streets are home to an attractive array of shops and inns, whilst a visit to Henry VIII’s castle is not to be missed. There's great cycling (and a cycle hire shop) and walking to be had along the coastal path. Why not take an energetic stroll at the nearby Tennyson Down and Headon Warren. Sandhard beach is 15 minutes' walk away, with Colwell Bay with its sandy beach and amenities for the family 7 minutes away by car. Yarmouth's pier and sailing club jetty is another good spot for crabbing. Four miles away is Compton Bay, famous for dinosaur remains; head there at low tide and see if you can find the two enormous three-toed feet. West Wight is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Yarmouth is an ideal base from which to explore this wonderful island.

The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker’s paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.
