There’s lots of space to spread out, including an open-plan living area that leads out to the water’s edge, and five bright bedrooms (two with a balcony). Staying on this exclusive estate, you’ll have access to some great amenities, including free paddle board, kayak, and canoe hire. And with your own private jetty, you’ll be out on the lake in no time. Other perks include a communal pool and onsite gym, plus play areas and woodland walks to keep the kids entertained. It’s a short drive from the Jurassic Coast too, so you’ll never be short of things to see and do.

*While this home is fully completed, some nearby properties are still undergoing construction – expect to see machinery and workers in the immediate area from 7:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 1pm on Saturday.
*This home has a private jetty offering direct lake access.
*You'll have access to the heated outdoor pool, gym, tennis court, table tennis, private beach, woodland walks, playgrounds, fishing lake, and onsite bar here. They're shared with the estate's other residents.
*Bike and paddle equipment hire is included with your stay, subject to availability.
*One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you – just make sure they remain on the ground floor.
*There’s free parking for up to two cars on the driveway, plus an EV charger.
*Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
