Keen walkers will enjoy the fact that Exmoor is just a short drive away, whilst the towns of Bideford and Barnstaple are both within easy reach, each offering a range of shops, cafes, and restaurants. This attractive converted barn offers upside down style accommodation, with the first floor living area being accessed by a set of external stairs. This open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is spacious and light, with the two distinct areas being separated by stairs leading to the ground floor bedrooms. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, a TV and DVD. Outside, the property has a good sized enclosed garden which is mainly set to lawn, with a private hot tub, patio with seating and a BBQ. Guests are welcome to use the shared children s play area and also the adjoining field. There may also be the opportunity to meet the resident horses, with the owner s supervision.
