It is host to a shop and a pub, and its centre is within walking distance of neighbouring Windermere which offers a wider selection of amenities with a host of eateries and shops to browse. Enjoy watersports on the shores of the lake, or visit the popular attractions like the World of Beatrix Potter, the Lakes Aquarium, and the many walks and routes well-documented all around.
