The living areas in this fourth-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with gas fire, TV and balcony. The bedrooms consist of a double with balcony and en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private front balcony with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Headland View is a fabulous base for an escape to Cornwall, any time of year. Note: There are two fourth-floor balconies, children and pets must be supervised. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

The South West Coast Path is a popular walking route that stretches in both directions along a breath-taking stretch of coastline that features high cliffs, hidden coves, and even more beaches. Padstow, with its picturesque harbour and fishing village, is only 16 miles away. Similarly close by are Truro's museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobblestone streets, and the Eden Project. Take the train to beautiful St. Ives and check out the Tate St. Ives gallery. Newquay is an excellent starting point for explorations throughout Cornwall because of its central location.
