Detached cottage with one double room, which overlooks the swimming pool and valley. Woodpeckers has an open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area with a leather two-seater sofa and leather armchair with footstool, breakfast bar and comfortable bar-stools. There are also two small oak occasional tables, electric hob and cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, TV, DVD and CD /Radio player. Heating is provided by an oil filled electric heating unit, and electricity and all bedding is included. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the cottage laundry room.
The bedroom has a 4ft 6in double bed two bedside units with lamps, chest of drawers with mirror and a built in wardrobe, en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
